IF by some cosmic scales of universal balance

WE had to give up this

And even THIS

In order to get THIS....

Then I AM CONTENT....

Comments:
yeah....yeah.

the world certainly feels like a much better place today.

my cynicism has taken a blow.

Yeah, it's a hard day for cynicism, alright...

Only one day in my life compares with this one -- the day I sat on the grass in front of the Lincoln Memorial, part of a crowd of thousands, sensing that we were all friends, listening to Martin Luther King, Jr. speak -- "I have a dream . . ."

Vail

Holy cow!

You were at the "I have a dream" speech, Vail????

Whoah...

Mind blown...

Whoah...

yes, yes, yes.

You heard the "I have a dream" speech IN PERSON????? That is beyond unbelievably cool. WOW.

Who's the gentleman at the top?

That gentleman is beloved Chicagoan Studs Terkel.

Writer, broadcaster, Cubs fan, historian and story-teller supreme.

He passed last week. Missing his chance to tell the greatest story in Chicago history
